LOL yes they are… I can’t seem to get away from them. they are there in some form or fashion every single cycle… man I haven’t seen a bicep curl in about six months. … my forearms are bigger than my biceps right now 🙃
deadlifts are a foundational exercise. I challenge you to find one other movement that encompasses what a dead lift does. your back hurts because you didn’t take care of it … 😉
