I think a grateful attitude goes a long way, brother. I am grateful for my job (which I like). I like the people I work with and it keeps my family eating and we all have a car! So on sucky days, I like to remind myself that I ate today and that is better than half the world is doing!!!

That is good advice @Dustined83 : Get some bloodwork drawn and tested. Especially if you are considering TRT. Find a good urologist that you can discuss everything with. They will do lab work and you and your healthcare professional can make informed decisions based on data.
I start my bench sets at 185 now, so that is a good improvement. Doing tons of cardio and focusing on the core. The love handles are gross and I miss pop tarts - dieting sux. Make Fred angry.

Right now, counting calories and eating pretty clean. A little more cardio. I am doing side-straddle-hops (50) before each set. So my routine looks like this:

12 bench
50 ab moves
