You have done an amazing job since the beginning of last year. I just got off work and and was able to finished power 30 min workout at 7am here after a 13hr shift. It’s about dedication and we will hit our goals with enough discipline.
I have my doctors appointment in 3 days for my annual physical. Hopefully he does not get to worked up by my test numbers looking so much better. @Dirtnasty is inspiring me to do a better job on diet and lift more. 12-15hr days really wear me down. I’m looking forward to starting my winstrol...
My red blood cells are slightly high and they may also be slightly larger. I did think about giving blood and also adding some more iron into my diet. I suspect this will improve on its own with less TRT and at 2weeks
I feel great except for muscle tightness around my left bicep and forearm areas of my left arm. So I found that my BP rises quickly so I’m now doing 1ml every 2weeks. It impacts me less and according to these numbers I’m holding my TRT well.
So here are my highlights from blood work. I have been resting from everything for almost two weeks and I was surprised that some numbers test were still so strong. Now I have also been off for a week and lifting much more. Also, my diet has been off with holiday food. Any ideas or opinions...
Due to the current situation here I am going to be fasting several days to try and get rid of some of this covid fat that has been slowly building, and anyway I already have extra. I will see how this goes this time since I did it once before with good results.
Gyms back open here in NM but the governor said closing again around Christmas. It’s a struggle and I had to lower my dosage by 50% to keep my BP sides down. I have changed my workout style to reduce size and overall weight long term. This will also help since less weight does also reduce my sides.
It’s horrible here with zero gyms allowed to be open. No pools and masked up to get into anywhere. Last time I took a big hit with muscle loss and BF gain. This time I’m on my protocol so I might be able to handle it and maintain BF improvement.
This week starts covid lockdown. I did expect it to happen and will be doing primary cardio, push-ups and some band training. Still on protocol and fighting through the sides impacting BP. It’s slowly getting better and hopefully with the switch a good BF loss.
Okay here is the latest.
The Test P and Test E mix is doing much better. Also stopping the Deca and switching to winstrol also helped. I can visibility see fat loss again on my stomach area. I also dropped over 10pds of fat/water weight in October. @Dirtnasty @Rusty so I’m considering switching...
I’m not sure why but my diet has gone to crap while on Deca. I normally eat way less carbs and never would crave junk food.
In my next order I’m planning on getting HGH to go with Test/Winstrol/HCG/HGH. I will finish the Test/Deca/HCG in 2weeks. Just feel better on winstrol but in 2009 I did...
I am almost done with the 8 week Deca cycle and 2ml Test E with .5 HCG per week. I’m thinking about trying test prop again to see if I feel a little better. I also want to switch from Deca to Winstrol and need an idea on PCT between the two @Rusty. Once I drop 15 pounds I may adjust next year...
So because of my age, I already take Atorvastatin at the minimum dose. I did read that DECA can lower my test so that does have me a little concerned. I think once I’m done with it I will go back to winstrol since I felt better and had good results.
