My current situation and plan

There’s definitely a good chance that cycle will bump your BP.

That is relative to what your normal BP is. I think it’s not smart to put a blanket number out as the point to worry. If my systolic is 190 I’m probably close to a stroke. But my normal systolic is 100.

I would say trend your bp daily on cycle. If you start creeping up 20-30 points daily from your norm you are straining your body’s micro vasculature (kidneys etc)

I was there when doing 6 miles a day on elliptical. Didn’t check blood pressure when my walking went way up at work

Ugh…I feel all of you on the BP and resting HR. Was distance runner forever and hovered around 50-55 HR, with BP average of 115/65. Now HR averages 70, and BP hovers around 130/75, but does go down a little after finishing a cycle. Diet is pretty decent, but I could cut out some more fat/cholesterol, or just get my new found lifting ass to do cardio more than 2 times a week. If you call incline treadmill walking or stair master for 45 minutes truly “Cardio”.

Hang in there gents!

I had to start BP meds because the weight gain came on so fast. Muscle is heavy and it takes time for it to reduce body fat. Everyone can react slightly different and just modify was you added. Water weight is also common and if you can hit a sauna it helps allot. Running also seems to help if your knees can handle it.

It’s been almost 24hrs now since I went back on the BP meds. 128/83 Pulse 73 and improving still. I have also been able to sleep more and that is also helping allot. I think water weight is also coming off some due to better sleep. Back issue is improving and that has allowed me to increase my gym time and intensity. I did try the DECA but at .5 ML to see how I feel and if that is still an issue I will stay with small winny cycles until my BF goes down further. Like @Rusty said we have to find the right balance for our individual bodies.

I read that winny will destroy your HDL levels in three days. Eat lots avacado and olive oils and tuna and salmon etc.

So because of my age, I already take Atorvastatin at the minimum dose. I did read that DECA can lower my test so that does have me a little concerned. I think once I’m done with it I will go back to winstrol since I felt better and had good results.

I am almost done with the 8 week Deca cycle and 2ml Test E with .5 HCG per week. I’m thinking about trying test prop again to see if I feel a little better. I also want to switch from Deca to Winstrol and need an idea on PCT between the two @Rusty. Once I drop 15 pounds I may adjust next year. Back is almost recovered and I’m back to a few maxes again. I’m being held back by my job having long hrs at night so I’m looking for something to get me back on days.

Test prop you will be pinning all the time it has a short half life. @BigSwole69 adjusted his TRT to Kisspeptin and half the normal test that he takes and he is liking it. I am on TRT also and doing the Kisspeptin but not as long as swole. I am liking it also. There is an article here on Kisspeptin just put it in the search and you’ll see all about it
