    Whey Protein vs Vegan Protein

    Vitamin wise meat will always outperform but whey is pretty great on the amino acid scale and outperforms eggwhites! Unless your morally vegan I never understood the plant protein powders. I feel there’s just better options

    Breakfast was a pb2 whey mug cake. Because I’m only 50% vegan I will have a chicken salad for lunch and my pro cookie and apples and oats later before my pull session. Rice cakes and Greek yogurt and almond butter before bed to fuel tomorrow morning legs session
