June 28th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 chobani,2 cans a tuna plain,1 plain bagel,grapes,water. Gonna do back later.I got access to a gym,for free.In a nutshell,I met this guy yesterday while giving a estimate,turns out he owns the company my brother in law works for and he’s a Marine,he’s big into helping vets,the next thing I know he’s offering up his company’s gym for me to use,even gave me a access card,I’m just lucky I guess.here are a few pics,I don’t necessarily plan on using it on a regular basis,but I will definitely make some use of it.I feel blessed.

Heck yeah! You’re one of those guys everyone wants to be pals with. You have a lot to offer the world. Really wished you’d realize that sooner than later. I can’t superhero this crap all by myself buddy… I need help. Changing the world positively one act at a time.
 
Had my 8 eggs and a Dew this morning. Then smashed a shake. Steak and rice soaked in cheese for lunch. No training today. I need to go get a perm. To most my hair is short but for me it’s long and hot as fuck.
 
Going to do delts and traps.
4 protein/oat shakes
1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast with 2 cups basmati rice
10 egg whites with 5 rice cakes
 
Breakfast was a pb2 whey mug cake. Because I’m only 50% vegan I will have a chicken salad for lunch and my pro cookie and apples and oats later before my pull session. Rice cakes and Greek yogurt and almond butter before bed to fuel tomorrow morning legs session
 
Need to hydrate today dropped dow to 293. Going to not do gym todya just Monday Wednesday Friday this week. Not sure food other than leftovers pizza
 
Well my friends list is over crowded,I’m gonna have to do some juggling around and kick someone off
 
I think you got enough heart for many friends. Ever see the movie “OUTLAW JOSIE WALES”?

There’s an underlying message/theme there. Dudes family gets butchered. He turns into a legendary badass taking vengance…killing many. He doesn’t need anyone…no friends and sets off on his own rather than surrender. He ends up with an eclectic band of misfits following him…those he rescued in hard times…including an old stray mutt… you’ve seen the movie. Gets everyone to safety and sets off again on another odyssey.
 
For delts/traps I did:
  • Upright rows supersetted with single arm barbell shrugs
  • bent dumbbell lateral raises supersetted with dumbbell shrugs
  • lateral dumbbell raises
  • front dumbbell raises with overhand grip and hammer grip
