I bought a glucose monitor at Walmart last night due to my high carb diet and consideration of HGH but it measured at 121 mg/dl this morning which to my understanding is not good.

Cream of rice apples and whey isolate for breakfast. Hit chest and back today and had 5 dates infra workout then 30 minutes on the stair mill. Post cardio/workout cream of rice 2 bananas and blueberries rice chicken and carrots for breakfast.
Hitting legs in 15 had cream of rice with 1.5 scoops of whey and 2 apples. Got 4 dates for infra workout then cream of rice blueberries and 2 bananas post workout then sweet potato and chicken with pb2 for lunch. Haven’t figured out dinner might be beans and corn with chicken but is undecided.
