Morning all. Breakfast was 4 HB eggs,1 plain bagel,R1 shake,grapes,coffee and water.Workin half day then just gonna relax at home.Not lifting today Hope everyone has a good day.

I’ve had one protein/oat shake. I’ve been in a nice hotel out now out of state for a few days now, and to my surprise they have a nice little gym with the top of the line cardio equipment and the horizontal squat press I like. They have dumbbells up to 50Lbs. I trained and did cardio the past two days and man I hurt not having my HGH with me to help my healing. HGH is a must for us old guys. I’m going to go do cardio then get on the road for a 3 1/2 hour drive home. I stuck to my diet even when eating out by getting a dry baked potato, grilled chicken breast, and a dry salad. No cheat meals in 8 day.
This is the leg machine they have. The cardio machines all have a screen with Netflix, video game trails that adjust the height constantly to simulate real walking through the hills, and any other apps you want to use.
Squats and bench today didn’t take any sleep aid and well couldn’t stay asleep it’s ok though off work can sleep at night if I want bout ti make bacon egg and cheese
No ice cream for me I’m trying to cut out all dairy Minus cheese. See if it helps with some gas issues and bloating. Feel the older I get the more lactose intolerant I get
Same old cream of rice before chest and back. Tried a new golds gym that recently came in a bit closer to where I’m located. Given the holiday I had a little more freedom on time and must say the variety of equipment available was outstanding!
No training. Had family over for a visit. Had a shake anyway and then chicken sausage and pasta. Will have a steak / cheese wrap and a yogurt with a bagel before the night shift ends.
