I normally do bench press, incline dumbbell presses, flys, etc…
I have been wanting to incorporate bands on the bench, just looking for a set in my price range.
My legs grow fast, but damn do I have a hard time with chest, my triceps grow fast too, I can close grip bench almost as much as regular bench.
Any of you guys have some tips? Pointers for hardgainer on chest?
