Hope you are doing well! Wanted your input on this routine I started this week to switch things up a bit!

It’s a 4 day split, anyone have any thoughts???

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off, Thursday, Friday off, then Saturday
 
Four day split seems like what I need working in this heat. I’m thinking of going to upper lower off upper lower off (maybe bis tris) off.
 
I was doing mon-fri, it just seemed like I wasn’t getting enough recovery, specially on the heavy lifts.
 
I’m feeling the same way doing a pplppl off was working when lifts weren’t so heavy. Especially with lifting all day at work rest could be key for me.
 
Killed it today, shoulder is finally feeling better after all the accessory’s I’ve been doing for it.

Overhead presses
Barbell cleans
Band pull aparts
Incline presses
Dumbbell rows
Close grip bench
Face pulls
And ended with 4 sets of 25 rep barbell curls to strengthen the bicep tendons.

Great pump today and explosiveness, really liking that freak from @LaserPharm

Been on 1200 test cyp/600 deca and really liking it so far.
