Not every day is a PR day
I have those days about once every week or two. Mine was Monday on chest. Granted, I’ve just been back in the gym for 3/4 weeks, but gaining strength back in a big way between workouts. I’ve never had blood pressure issues, but also haven’t ever ran Anadrol & 750mg together. I think I’m going to head back into my Low T Dr and have them run all my levels again before jumping on this cycle. I run 1mg A-Dex EOD at the moment. 36 / M married with 3 kids and a punk ass dog. Lol… I’ve been on 4-5 basic cycles in the past but have been out of the gym for about 9 months due to covid and a shoulder injury from too much weight on OHP and bad form. (245 x 5).
