Trying to make diet sushi today with canned tuna, some takeout sauce that’s 5 calories and sea weed wraps. Kind of worked although it is more like a burrito with how hard it is to cut it. Training back and biceps later!

Nice rest day before legs tomorrow 2lbs of 95/5 beef and a 1lbs of chicken breast spread throughout the day. No carbs. 30 mins cardio and 12k steps is the goal. We shall see if it happens

Same for me today. I’ve officially reached a point where I’m mixing weird things to just get food. Put a carton of egg whites, 20g raw rice, 2tbsp water and salt and cinnamon and microwave and stir every 30 seconds until it’s pudding. Topped with half an apple pre workout
