Dinner- 2 chic breast, balsamic and hot sauce,basmati rice, carrots (not cooked)pound cake topped with strawberries and whip cream.Just sat down on the front porch with the wife n dogs and you guessed it a fat joint…poppop took the kid to DQ
Had a pro cookie pre and post workout and little turkey roll ups with fat free cheddar inside for lunch then perch lemon and asparagus for dinner. Chicken and almond butter before bed. Hope everyone killed it today!
