Protein shake and 1 cup of oatmeal w cinnamon
Lunch is chicken and rice 1/2 cup
Second lunch is 6 turkey meatballs and 1/2 cup of rice and green beans.
Gym tonight after work. Starting a new cycle and working on some new goals.
Thank you. Yes all is well. Some things are getting busy. Suicide and domestic violence are always up during the holidays.
