Good fuckin morning everyone.Breakfast was protein shake,1 plain bagel,apple,grapes, cranberry juice and water.Today I am thankful for my 1 on 1 counselor she said some meaningful shit to me that hit me hard,almost made me cry.The gym is closed today,but open tomorrow so I’m gonna do traps in my room.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

It’s blowing a gale here. To the point of ridiculousness. Had a bunch of rain yesterday. I’ll be surprised if trees don’t get blown over today.
 
Bought to go get a rotisserie chicken so I can have break from breast
 
Well my guess was correct. My oldest daughter just stopped and said trees are down everywhere and major power outages inland about 20 miles.
 
We’re getting the cold weather in a couple hours. I’m thinking whatever y’all get…we get in a bit.

Wooo got about 1.5 hours till my tne and abombs kick in then off to hit squats not sure how it will go with coming off the antibiotics
 
No training today either. Real crappy weather. Staying home and just doing some holiday cleaning. Food was protein shake and fruit. Lots of egg whites. Chicken rice and beans. Blt.
