My New training log !!!!! Says I need a longer title

Figured I’d start a training log here. I’ll keep up with it as often as possible. Today starts a variation of my new/old routine I used years ago working with an amazing coach I’m currently in a deficit and I always focus on recovery and progression. It’ll be 3 days on 1 off. 3 sets per...

    Diets and training today

I used to date a girl that gave me a few bags of it. She sold the beach body stuff. The only thing I remember is the taste was awful.

7 Types of People Who Never Get Results

I’m a picky eater lol. But in my case it’s actually been an advantage because I eat the same things day in day out. Luckily those things include chicken and rice, oat meal and egg whites. I’m also pretty banged up but I train around what hurts on the day and train hard.

What’s your current or preferred training style?

I used to be on getbig back in the day. I read through some posts here before I joined and from what I could see this place is a lot more mature and calm than any forum I’ve seen. I completely understand not being a program guy. Especially when you get older because you’ve probably more or less...

Future Cycle Plans and Current Stats

I would take out the proviron as the mast will more than do the job. I’d save the var for the last 7 weeks. I’m not a fan of front loading anything including orals. Reason being is I like the drugs to build on my cycle. Let the injectables do their thing and the oral will be a boost in the middle.

What’s your current or preferred training style?

There’s more to it than that. You can’t really look it up and gather all the info. There’s different tiers and different ways to program it. I’m not sure where the 90minutes came from but tier 1 shouldn’t take 90 minutes. Also it will depend on how long you rest, take to do sets etc. it’s not a...

It’s Scott Stevenson’s training. It’s really solid and a good way for older guys to still be able to train damn hard without getting injured.

Direct Download to Bodybuilding Books and Information

Heavy duty! That’s awesome. When I was younger I got heavy duty and Arnold’s encyclopedia of bodybuilding. Heavy Duty was a god send, Arnold’s book was one of the worst things to happen to bodybuilding.
