Made a garbage omelet for breakfast, used 6 eggs,added,peppers,onions,tomato,feta cheese,ground beef,and a shit ton of pepper,two pieces a toast no butter.gonna do legs in a bit.Remember to be thankful for the small thi gs in your ljfe,life, wife n kids you love them
 
Made giant thing of spaghetti and meat sauce. Have been gassy all morning so it’s hard to get food down. But need the fuels did chest which I’m bout to log
 
Power steering hose blew driving up a mountain last night. Getting it fixed today. Very thankful we made it home safe. Driving a tank with no power steering was not fun.
 
Sitting here working by the front window. The nice lady across the street has her kids coming and going. She’s in her 90’s and gets around very well still but every time I see a bunch of in and out I think the worst. The church folks visit her often but 15 years or ago or so when there were a lot of cars…it was because her husband (a good dude) had the big one and was dead before he hit the living room carpet.

Courteous to most…friendly to very few…I’ve told people don’t confuse the two.

Being nice to someone up front does not…I repeat does NOT negate your right to throttle the son of a bitch at a later occasion if need be.
 
This can be applied to almost anything in life.

Yeah but I find myself not being aggressive enough,sometime I feel like I’m just moseying along,like a normal civilian,I’m slowed down,like I can make better decisions,and my first thought is not to get angry,or respond with a smart comment,and one day,someone’s gonna get the best of me.
 
Don’t feel that way…you’re just getting a bit older and more mature in your thought process. It’s okay not to jump to captain Ahole right off…just so long as he’s near by.
 
Well @Poppy that how I feel at the moment. I’m goin to go shoot the bow from the roof,hopefully it goes smoother this time…
 
Diet is 275 grams of protein, mainly egg whites, 300grams of carbs 200 from fruit, 100 from glycerol, and 30grams of fat from almond butter.
Training was back pull day: every set to failure, 3second negative, 2 second squeeze and contraction on every rep.
