    Challah French toast and sausage for breakfast. Black coffee. Work out was CrossFit, shoveling for 4 hours. Dinner is salmon and asparagus with a side to be determined later.

    That’s no joke tattoo. Those pinkish lines are what’s known as a “bloodline”. They’re used as a reference point for light shading or color work with no black outline. And the stipple technique on the hand is also a good indicator. No it’s real, the guy just likes working out with other betas.

    Just pluggin along. Just left the gym. Best thing about an office job on a construction site is that I can vanish for and hour or more at the gym in the middle of the day an no one is the wiser. About to crush a marinated pork burrito from an authentic Mexican place.
