Jan.31st edition of lifting and diets

Eating chicken soup right now. Kinda my breakfast. Not sure what eating later tbh. Busy day already but will hit therapy on shoulder later and cardio.
 
Chicken soup has old school medicine in it. Wife makes a pot every week or so this time of year.

I really really like the belt squat contraption I fabricated.

Front squats are one of my favs too!
 
Sitting in waiting room with son now.

Today hospital food no idea what lol. Surgery gonna take five hours. Hopefully they have a fitness room here somewhere. I’ll keep y’all posted. Thanks again for all the support and prayers.

I broke down had iced honey bun and hope meal preping rice and chicken
 
Had boneless wings cause I I said same forgetting she got boneless rookie mistake. So I have sauced tenders cut in half
