    Personally I don’t count macros, I count calories. Found your “maintenance” calories and adjust from there. Like @Youts mentioned, add an amount of calories (200-400) from your maintenance caloric intake.

    Do sleeves ever stretch out? I went with wraps because I thought that’s what would happen… 10 minutes to wrap a knee, no kidding on that point.

Yeah I know it’s a 19nor… I was saying I thought it prolactin levels… that’s where I’m confused as to what the difference is between that and the progesterone level… I’ve heard many horror stories in regards to deca dick… Lol @ you… I couldn’t imagine having to go through that… haha…glad...

    Quick question… I thought 19nors could raise prolactin levels…? My quick google research didn’t really elaborate as to how deca could inhibit progesterone levels… Could you explain?
