So after 4 months so far, I def lost some weight and strength, normally I sit around 220, in this pic I’m 210, no pump shot, and zero cardio done ( fuck cardio lol ) but just goes to show you if you stick to your goals you can always adapt and overcome. All I had access to was 2 x 20lb dumbbells 1 x 25lb dumbbell and a set of resistance bands but I never said fuck it and stopped my lifestyle. Once gyms open I’ll start a proper cycle and diet again and muscle memory will sure as hell show up. Currently running all @SRx at low to moderate doses, cause to be honest theres no reason to go higher to maintain. 400 test Cyp , 300 - 500 Tren A, 25-50mgs Winstrol on and off as well as Sdrol at 20mgs PWO on and off, oh and GH is at 4iu ED
