Was able to get a decent leg workout in. I was pressed for time so basically cut my rest time in half and finished with a drop set at the end of each exercise. In and out in about 40 minutes. Food intake is still the same pasta and meatballs crap. Chicken and rice. Shake. Need to start cutting...

Trained legs earlier. Had some potatoes eggs and whites for breakfast. Toast and whites. Chicken rice and beans for lunch and dinner. Protein shake and a banana.
No training tonight. Taking girlfriend out for Chinese later. Had beef and rice earlier, eggs and turkey sausage, yogurt and granola. Protein shake and some almonds. No work tomorrow so I'm looking forward to sleeping in
Going to train back and probably something else after work. Meals will be 2 sourdough English muffins, 4 eggs, pepper jack and turkey sausage. Then it will be yogurt and granola. Lean ground beef and rice. Chicken and pasta. Lastly a protein shake and a banana. Getting a lot of rain up here so...
