    Trained legs earlier. Had some potatoes eggs and whites for breakfast. Toast and whites. Chicken rice and beans for lunch and dinner. Protein shake and a banana.

    Going to train back and probably something else after work. Meals will be 2 sourdough English muffins, 4 eggs, pepper jack and turkey sausage. Then it will be yogurt and granola.
