Missed gym yesterday so I’ll do back tody and legs tomorrow it seems everything I’ve been doing finally took me xown for a day and I actually had a doughy fever last night
Actually makes sense so when get to squats quads have to do all the work. It’s just funny to me as that’s the way I always did then when I was young and wondered why my quads were so shitty
Ok I was goig to say it doesn’t look like you’ve really added any fat. You could probably push the food more. But it’s also great to just be adding lean mass and a whole bunch fat covering up the hard work
