    Got an updated macro plan from the program I follow this week. After reading everyone’s advice I looked at their numbers and almost died. I wrote to her and I was like yeah I’m going to be legit starving haha. I’ll be manually adjusting.

    They adjust it 1x a week depending during a “cycle”. Some folks at my gym use this. It’s about $200 so it’s def not cheap. Right now this is supposed to be a fat loss cycle.     Ha ha. Yes. I walk a few miles 3-4ish a few times a week. And lift 3 sometimes 4 times a week depending on my schedule.
