@Dirtnasty yes I’m taking a Bronkaid, 250mg caffeine and a low dose aspirin.
I was just afraid that the vasoconstriction would have a big adverse effect
So I get up super early and head to the gym so I’m sure this issue is due to timing…… but isn’t ephedrine a vasoconstrictor and therefore NOT GOOD to take right before working out? Should I wait and take when I get home

Right now I’m trying to cut down and start fresh. So just maintain what I can in a calorie deficit. Then I’ll go into bulk mode. I feel like I need a better foundation right now so that’s the plan.

@Dmomuchole Im there like 1-1 1/2 hours. Depends on my energy level. I get up at 4:30am to go to the gym so I’m not full of energy at that time. Weather is also a factor. My gym is in a warehouse so sometimes it feels like 120 degrees

I don’t mind eating real food. It’s just at 6:30am, my options are a bit limited so I figured there could be something (food or powder) to add to my post workout shake
