No shit! You talking about that out of shape dude at nationals who obviously didn’t train seriously for it? I saw clips of that on YouTube and on some of the bodybuilding channels I watch. I cannot believe they let him compete. If that’s the new standard to qualify, get ready for next years...
I wouldn’t even know how to get into to it. Maybe if I knew someone in my area who could help me get started or point me in the right direction. For now, I’ll just compete with myself in the mirror 😂😂
Nah, like I told Poppy, when I say off season I just mean winter season. Never competed but have been told I should. But at 41, seems a little late to start lol
Worked hard in the off season getting my wheels and back thicker and wider. Got up to 217lbs at my heaviest. Right now I am around 208lbs with plans to cut to 200lbs
Been a couple of weeks. Morning weight between 202 - 203. Been really focusing on the back and wheels so I figured since I haven’t posted a back shot since my training log, I’ll post a rear lat spread.
10 days from my last update. A few changes to mention. Morning weight up to 201.5 from 200. Added an additional high carb meal in the afternoon. As I said before I don’t count daily intake but if I were to guess, around 250g’s of carbs daily mostly from oatmeal, rice, and pasta (some fruit)...
Alright fellas been a few weeks since my last update. Been eating like a horse and up to 200lbs now. Really working on my wheels and back. Have a good feeling a lot of that added weight went to my legs. Jeans fit a lot tighter lol. Still eating clean with a cheat meal here and there.
