What works for me… elbow and knee sleeves. For a super duper kick… icey hot under sleeves. Might not be cool in commercial gyms but with your physique… who can say anything.

You’re far from a senior BUT one of the things I let slip is the basic movement of getting down and back up from the floor. Im struggling to “get it back”. I can do it but it aint pretty although it’s getting better.
I like the athleticism aspect.
