There’s so much info available now that doing stupid lifts with terrible form shouldn’t be a thing. I don’t think everything need to be super strict but don’t swing you whole body for curls maybe cheat a little at the end
I used to give advice but I stopped years ago nobody wants to listen. If I got 20+ inch arms and I’m curling less weight than you maybe your doing it wrong

From rave this bad boy go lodged in my tire so had to change at 6am in middle of highway. Lugs were stripped so had to have roadside get tire off haha. Dude was cool as fuck though almost gave him a tip
Also some are blessed more than others more others. Know your body don’t do more because you think they are doing more. We have to accept genetics and maximize potential with as little harm ass possible
