I’d have to look. I had it from awhile back and filled it for a couple weeks and was more managlebe for me than chicken. Just expensive. But easier to get the food down. Cause I would just drink all the egg whites with the protein powder.
Okay guys this is one of the mela plans I’ve used before. Not mine. But since I’m not the best at this was wondering what y’all’s thoughts were on dropping the rice and some carbs and just replacing it with chicken or more protein.
Hit legs and abs this morning and hour of cardio. this is the food I got so far for the day for breakfast and lunch, there’s more egg whites but it doesn’t show lol trying not to have whole eggs. But it’s hard. I love tf out of them
Had a pretty big breakfast today. Had the day off cause it’s to cold here is something to lay asphalt. So decide to treat myself to a couple muffins haha hit arms. Then will head back later to so some cardio

Ya it’s been a few months or so. life got super busy for awhile and it was hard to find time for anything with all the long hours na severe thing happening.
