I’m here just been quiet. Been back into it the last mont after letting my shoulder heal. Just going through a break up too. With work and everything going on it’s hard to keep up. Going to be more on here tho!
Also didn’t gain much weight either sitting around and going to work the last two months. think last time I was at 190 and I’m at about 200. Idk if I want to lean back out then do a bulk cycle or just stay where I’m at. But I was thinking of going with deca

I’ve been good! Just been working a lot. I get up at 2:15 am for gym do my lifting then depending how I feel some sort of caddie for 45 to an hour. Then go work all day. Works been pretty slammed so I don’t have much time. Thank you for asking!! :pray:t2::pray:t2:
Man that’s how it was for me @Dirtnasty. I was sleeping in til 6am right before I had to leave for work and could barely get out of bed. And I’m not like that at all. I go to bed at 6pm and when 2:15am hits I’m ready to hit the gym
Thank you! And I’m def back in the game! Crazy how the mind works. It was like something just took over me. All my motivation was gone and everything. Def not like me at all either. I get up ready to go everyday. Then all week it’s like I had no control and could barely get out of bed to go to work
Oh fuck lol yeah I just don’t want to go into another depressed little episode or something. This cut was going so fucking good. And I ruined it all in a week binge eating bs 😭 also I don’t like feeling like shit and so fatigued I can barely get out of bed or do anything.
