But I’m off by 3:30 and get weekends off. I got a coach a couple weeks ago and he has me eating a lot...

    Hit back/traps and 45 min of cardio. High carb day for me. 6 egg whites, 2 rye bread with jam, 75g strawberry, 1/2 cup oats, and 2 scoops protien, 2 scoops carbohydrate thing that I have.
