Lately, Ive been blending ice cubes…2 scoops whey isolate…a bit of powdered peanut butter… maybe a tablespoon or so of cream of rice… with just enough water to blend it really thick. Been fighting my beetes so the cor is every so often.

Hahaha im afraid that’s it. I drank it because I don’t like wasting food and could probably do it again…when im mad at my taste buds. 🤣

It’s mid 90’s on the coast. Luckily we’ve had a pretty good sea breeze to keep it tolerable.
