Thanks! This is really challenging for me but I guess that is the truth as well with some other guys out there. Moderation is the hardest part as always. Cheers!

    That one guy

@eternick170, wow that’s a nice idea! Why haven’t I thought of that before… A home gym is really great for starters like me because you can’t reason that you can’t go to the gym for whatever reason that you invented. HAHA 😃 Though I may start with the small equipment since I don’t have much...

The myth of spot reducing fats

I have to agree with you both @Bigmurph, @eternick170 that spot reducing is next to impossible. But the thing is there are still “hardcore” believers out there and you could search them on the web/youtube. I think media has brainwashed us bigtime in this sense. @Bigmurph, checking that one out...

The myth of spot reducing fats

Hi guys, as a group of people who continuously tries to lose weight, we all probably know that the last part where the fat gets stuck is at the lower back (love handles). What’s your take in regards to spot-reducing body fat?

    That one guy

There will always be that one guy in the gym who throws the dumbbells on the floor after his routine for others to pick. Then busts out of the scene like, “yeah, I aint picking that one up” 😑

    What did you eat today?

I just ate like 2 pints of ice cream yesterday. Yep, the horrors of dating a food blogger. 😦 😦 😦

Arms or legs? To improve first

Please allow me throw another question on this post since I find it interesting. 🙂 I regularly run, like 5km, 4 times a week. Do I still need to spot develop certain muscles in my lower part if I’m already running regularly? Thanks!

    So what pushed you?

Yes, you are very right on that @eternick170. I have friends that are overweight and have poor health and I try to encourage them into trying to live healthy before it is too late. PS. Im heading to the gym now. You guys have a great one. Cheers! ~

    So what pushed you?

Thanks for sharing @Bigmurph! I guess the really thing that will get us all motivated is the day that we have enough. This kind of thing inspired me back then. When I read regarding people who just had an overwhelming body transformation, I get hyped and say “If they could do it, so can I!”!

Hi @aponte11 , thanks for the tip. I just started lifting so I was just curious to know which is much efficient in terms of gains. I think I’ll take up @Kunt’s advise and try to do both. Cheers!

    Diet Over Drugs

I could only agree with you @eternick170, moderation is key! That is why monitoring our daily food intakes is very crucial. It’s not worth monitoring anything if you’re eating only one type of food group or if you’re eating lesser than what is considered to be “balanced”. Glad to have the same...

    So what pushed you?

I’ve been trying to incorporate health and fitness in my lifestyle now for about 7 months or so. It’s because I was a 27 year old male with a very bad eating and lifestyle habit overall (I was about 190 lbs having a desk job 😦 ). I was afraid that if I could not take care of my body then I...

    Diet Over Drugs

Well sadly, people today often forget that diet really means “balance” in general. We usually confuse diet with eating less or eating greens in particular will give you the healthy body we all desire.
