I took arimidex along RAD 140
Goal was to loose some of the typical “female belly/hip fat”
It really helped, I had no negative side effects from it. Just be careful not to overdose it. Crashing your Estrogen is no joke at all…

I didn’t made any significant changes to my workout or diet since the first scan. Here it’s obvious that without a normal testosterone level it’s nearly impossible to build any amount of muscle

oh wow that sounds horrible! Reading this I really should stop complaining 😂 😂 😂 Luckily I only have it on my back and shoulders and a regular tshirt covers it.

So I’m now one month in and I fucking love my life!
good news first:
after some try end error I don’t have any issues with PIP anymore
energy and overall mood are great. I got a little bit less emotional but in a positive way. Small problems in life don’t bother me so...
I was running RAD 140 for 8weeks last year. I gained strength but only a little bit in size. Insomnia was bad enough to impact my workouts. Blood afterwards showed slightly increased liver and kidney levels but nothing crazy.

Just a quick update. I’m still loving it 😊
I have nearly no side effects. Just a little bit acne on my back and my clit is minimal swollen. But that happened in the second week and didn’t got worse since then so I’m not worried about it.
