NPP is a good start to nandrolone. Short ester so if you have sides you don’t like you can drop it and it’ll clear quicker. Sets on quicker, comes off quicker. Nandrolone derivatives stay in your system for a long time. General rule of thumb for pct off deca is to cruise on test for a year after deca then try to pct. Basically the metabolites stay in your system and keep suppressing your test production for that long- PNWmuscle

On recommending gear I always ask if you blast and cruise, or pct after cycle as my recommendation will vary on that. If BnC, test and deca/npp is a great choice. If planning on PCT after I’d avoid nandrolone. I’d run test/primo/dbol in that case- PNWmuscle
