    It’s good for pre workout, work your way up to 1cc. I just opened one today myself, 11/2 to 2 hr B4 workout, good for heavy days (legs & chest). Anything with TNE & Dbol is an excellent Pre workout. It’s not much just a kicker to start your workout.
