Introduction for Baldingmadness

Hi guys,

I have been lurking on the site for a while and decided to join. My goals are mainly strength but do enjoy hypertrophy phases. Been powerlifting for a little over 3 years. Really like the transparency and open conversation of the site which is why I decided to join. I also like the accountability on SPONSORS for gear. Really makes the good ones stand out.
So far best lifts are
Squat 227.5kg/501lbs
Bench 155kg/341lbs
Deadlift 250kg/551lbs.
Have a meet in late July and hope to PR all lifts by quite a bit.

Welcome! You are pushing/pulling some serious weight @220lbs.! I’m the same weight, and only my bench is reasonably close to yours (295 x3). My squat is stuck at 365, and my DL about the same. Would love to know more about your routine/diet/protocol!

Board is full of knowledgeable collegial people who just want to help, and @Bigmurph permits no immature BS (says the “slightly” older guy). Good luck, and great gains.
