What’s up guys! Figured I got some free time and give you guys and update since I haven’t been on as much as I’d like since I’m busy with life but I’m still lifting. Sitting at about 200lbs feeling good and diets in check. Running 600mg test a week, mast 400mg a week. Hope all is well with everyone!
Been following vb about this as well and actually doing this. I’ll be getting bloods done soon for reassurance. and awhile back added telmisartan like @Neuro suggested awhile back :muscle:t3:
Hit upper body today started a program it’s a split and 30min of cardio . Breakfast was 40g whey protein, 80g special k red berries cereal and 100g mixed berries
Morning fellas! Egg whites for me then doctors. For bicep tendon. Went to a differnt doctor and he said it’s severely pissed off and not to lift or I could risk tearing it. Gave me steroids for inflammation. Said my other doctor was a joke for given me injections and telling me for the last year...
Yeah I plan on getting a nice one. That other one was thin and my lower back always hurt really bad afterwards. And I used nicer one and I had no back issues. It’ll def be a good investment
So I’ve been using this belt I found on Amazon for a long time now. It’s not thick at all. And to my surprise it’s sucks hahha I joined and actually lifting gym today and my buddy had me try an actual powerlifting belt and it was so much thicker and for once my lowerback didn’t hurt afterwards...
Morning fellas! Hit legs this morning and egg whites with steak, got to study to renew my cdl. Then back later for some cardio. Laid off for winter so trying to go twice a day since I’m not doing anything but sitting around
