    Letrozole is what crashed my estrogen - i want to say .5 every other day is what i was on. My Dr has me prescribed to Arimadex right now, .5 every other day right now, i just dont take it.

    HAHA so true. Great point sir. What do you think about Estrogen level? Would you let that ride or take AI? To be honest, last time I took an AI it completely crashed my estrogen and I prefer to keep my strength and have them alil higher.

    New blood work. Interested in feedback - all my CBC blood values are about the same but this lab has them all within the normal reference range. I’m still going to donate blood, but if its in normal range is there really concern? Spoke with DOC as well and seems unconcerned.

    Hey Bigmurph. I was literally thinking about that as I typed my response about hydration. I’ve been known to actually overdrink water, likely flushing my electrolytes. If that’s the case, my electrolytes would not be optimal but would that result in my blood being thick?
