New blood work. Interested in feedback - all my CBC blood values are about the same but this lab has them all within the normal reference range.

I’m still going to donate blood, but if its in normal range is there really concern?

Spoke with DOC as well and seems unconcerned.

Everything does look good unless you have any side effects that are bothering you but your blood levels are on the higher end but I don’t believe anything to worry about but there are many variables and im no doc I do reccomend donating blood high or not I believe that its a healthy process.

You answered your own question. This lab has them in reference range. All labs have different normals… I suggest learning the general ranges of important labs, that way you’re not relying on labs ranges. Some labs say a test level of 250 is within range.

You still need to go donate blood.

HAHA so true. Great point sir.

What do you think about Estrogen level? Would you let that ride or take AI?

To be honest, last time I took an AI it completely crashed my estrogen and I prefer to keep my strength and have them alil higher.

Letrozole is what crashed my estrogen - i want to say .5 every other day is what i was on.

My Dr has me prescribed to Arimadex right now, .5 every other day right now, i just dont take it.

I think letro is some harsh stuff. I personally don’t like my estro to run out of range. You may not feel sides brewing but they can be and you not know it.

I think arimidex .5 twice a week is probably a better place to start. But I don’t generally need very much of an AI, so I’m not a great resource on it. I would take it the day after you pin

Perfecto. I don’t think I require a lot of it either personally. I will start with twice a week at .5 and re-asses after next bloods.

Thanks again! Really appreciate it.

Thinking about switching up my protocol for TRT.
  • 100mg of test Cyp every 5 days.
  • .5 arimidex every 5 days (day after injection).
Do you see any inherent flaws with that or should I still try to get .5 arimidex in twice a week?

I just reread some reference material. Blood levels of cyp fall sharply at day 4. The optimal is e3d. BUT if there’s a pinning problem then it can be stretched out a bit.

This is all for trt

There’s no problems, I’ll just keep it every 4 days then.
  • 100mg every 4 days.
  • .5mg Arimidex every 4 days (day after pinning).
Only reason I was going to extend one extra day is because I’ve been feeling so good and I want my RBC and Hematocrit to come down.

I did donate blood two days ago, so my levels should be in the normal range now.

Haha idk why my RBC and hematocrit are that high in such a low does.

Kinda freaks me out.

Donated blood two days ago and should be set.

I was reading that some people with elevated levels only have to donate once and their levels never rise again, even after increasing dosage. Then some people have to donate every 8 weeks on a small dose.

I’m one of those folks…every two months for the rest of my life.

Another caveat of the trt stuff i read is…if your bloodwork is good… how you’re feeling has a lot to do with it.

My point is if your bloodwork consistently comes back good and you feel good on every 5 days then by all means go for it.

I’m just now finding out if had iron issues my whole life it seems I love it takes me asking my dad about issues on my bloods for home to say hmteah the whole family is on meds for that
