Daughter turned 2 Oct 18th, son is 18 April 26… 😫😫
So now things are somewhat back to normal after the wild ordeal last...
So after my leg workouts I get to eat 250g of cereal. Sugary cereal. I do 3.6iu Genotroprin with 6iu nolvalog. Leg days are my high day menu. Tonight I ate a whole box of Kelloggs Krave. Damn it’s so good. Now I shall pass out lol

Been without a functional kitchen most the summer so hard to track macros when eating premodern or restaurant food. Nothing tasted better then first home cooked meal last night first in a long time besides some smoked meat

So I grew up in a farmer family everyone was farmers. I left for the Corps because being a dirt farmer wasn’t my thing. Anyways. I’ve always had a soft spot for farming community and try to buy farm to table food. Especially beef. Here’s a picture of a couple steaks I had for dinner. 1.5 pounds...
So my question is if you had to chose a fast food joint to eat at what would it be? Mine you blokes ask is arbys.

OK. Fresh veggies. Cauliflower mash with a bit of cheese. And the star of the show a one pound filet mignon. Medium Rare. Reverse seared… now that’s putting on some quality weight. Cooked on my new charcoal grill… was fucking fantasticle.
Basically most of my meals have included rice and protein so far. Potatoes and veggies here and there. I eat eggs and I get raw milk from the farm and I drink that here and there
My goal is to put on size and strenght but the least amount of Fat possible
I’ve done it all. Keto, low carb etc...
