Although we already knew this, but

Thats all i really supplement with regarding dietary supplements. One 5000iu Vit D a day with one Vitamin World Triple Strength Omega 3. I also take creatine, citrulline and whey protein isolate around my workouts. And 1 opti-mens multi-vitamin every morning. Not enough studies to really back up anything else out there… yet. I know you can take things like berberine and tudca that have its purposes and backed up by solid science but those aren’t things i really need to supplement with daily. i dont have any insulin or liver enzyme problems. now the tudca i’ll take 500mg per day for 2-3 months after i finish a tren cycle. for some reason tren raises my liver enzymes through the roof and the tudca gets the levels down quicker. but i really try to get UDCA from my doctor for that purpose. Lots of tudca bought from online been tested and shown to be bunk or 50% underdosed.

That guy jano tested bunch of different brands a while back. guys were sending him in the capsules. two tested out not to have tudca in it at all and one was half what the label said. i myself will no longer buy tudca online because of that. i have doctor who will prescribe me the UDCA when i want but i have to pay $100 office visit on top of the prescription price. figured if aipct could carry it id rather order from him. jano has a site that you can see everything he’s ever tested but i dont know what the site is anymore. if you are member of PM board maybe you can ask there and find out the site. but lots of tudca samples were tested and very very poor results.

I found his site by doing a google search but unfortunately you can no longer see all the test results of the products he’s tested anymore. he goes by jano
