Yeah friend sent me pics today showing my depth is higher currently. I told him that’s the difference between heeled and not heeled shoes. I’m trying to get back down to getting low. So mutliple things to work on
 
Toot of people do that for deadlifts. I have tried it as when I weherr more around belly it kind of makes me
Want to throw up if I’m doing more than one rep
