Just looking to see what doses you start with when u start to feel e sides?
Currently running 600mg a week of test E
Going into 7th wk
Up untill now estrogen hasnt really been an issue. But im noticing some tenderness in both my nips and water retention…not bad but its there…
i got aromasin and nolvadex on hand and was wondering how you guys strt dosages of ypur ai.
Example: 40 mg nolv till sides clear up. And start low dose of ai same time than stick to ai and drop nolv. ??Continue with nolv…??
 
I don’t wait until sides start to occur. If sides start to occur, it’s almost too late and will likely take you the rest of your cycle to get things back to normal. At 200mg I don’t need more than 5mg Aromasin a week. At 750mg 30mg Aromasin a week. On a 19nor I start out right away taking Caber. It’s all preventable if you start your ancillaries in the beginning.

You can slam your estrogen down with 30mg Aromasin then just weekly upkeep where your feel comfortable and start running 40mg Nolvadex a day for about 2 weeks. Drop to 20mg a day and see if the gyno clears.
 
I would start with 12.5 of aromasin e3d. Guage it from there. You really don’t wanna crash your estro cause for me at least I start feeling like shit when my e levels are low.
 
Ya no lump just a little itchy. Original plan wass 15 wks followed by pct.
Just lookin to clear this up before its a problem .first cycle didnt. ReLly get estro sides.but that was a while back

You need to start getting ahead of the issue I would start the nolvadex at 40mg ed with arimidex maybe start strong but I would get some aromasin or exemestane by natco is the best for the price in my opinion you can start taking 25mg then keep lowering your dose quickly once you get the onset gone and I would continue taking the nolvadex.

If you’re just running test use the aromosin till sides are gone then switch over to arimadex. You really should only need to about every 3-5 days. Do not mix nolvadex with it. Not sure why people keep saying this shit but that’s not the protocol you should follow.

I use aromosin from @SymBiotecLab my sides went away in less than two weeks. So it won’t take the rest of your cycle to clear up.
 
I pretty much only run Aromasin and if gyno starts to come in it doesn’t help. The only thing I have found that helps is using the Nolvadex. That’s why I mention it.
 
Aromosin is much stronger and will knock it out quicker. Should is key word lol maybe your body acts different
