So in my experience, I’ve been using steroids for about 20 years now give or take. I had some significant prostate swelling that most over-the-counter supplements did absolutely nothing for. My doctor put me on Tamsulosin about three months ago and it’s actually been a game changer. I’m no longer waking up 4 to 5 times a night to take a piss and I’ve noticed my stamina has gotten much more better in the bed room. I usually last about 2 to 5 minutes during sober sex on a normal day. Since I’ve started using FLOMAX my stamina has tripled and sometimes it’s even almost impossible to bust a nut. I no longer have to have a couple of drinks or anything to really pound my girl out which is definitely a plus because I really don’t like drinking much. Has anybody else had any good experience and does this really deserve a place with other PEDs?

Tamsulosin (Flomax) is used to treat men who have symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland, also known as benign enlargement of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH). It is also used to treat patients with kidney stones caught up in the ureter because it helps relax the smooth muscle of the ureter and pass the stone.

Benign prostate enlargement is an issue that can affect men as they get older. Below the bladder is where the prostate gland is found. Certain muscles in the prostate gland may become tight as it grows larger, obstructing the tube that drains urine from the bladder. This can lead to urination issues, such as the desire to urinate frequently, a weak stream when urinating, or the feeling of not being able to completely empty the bladder.

The BPH treatment Tamsulosin helps relax the muscles in the prostate and the opening of the bladder. This may help increase the flow of urine or decrease the symptoms. However, tamsulosin will not shrink the prostate and the prostate may continue to get larger, potentially causing symptoms to worsen over time. Therefore, even though tamsulosin may lessen the problems caused by enlarged prostate now, surgery still may be needed in the future.

Ive taken it for over a decade and haven't had any problems with it. Some say they get retrograde ejaculation which is where they orgasm, but not much comes out. The rest has gone into the bladder. This is common, doesn't cause a health problem. But it sucks because you want a nice load and wtf. Personally, I don't think I've had that issue but it's possible that some is going into the bladder. For me, I need the Flomax or I'm miserable. Some claim it is somewhat of an estrogen lowering agent. I have only heard that and not looked into it, but wanted to pass it along.

Keep yourself up to date on all aspects of prostate health. There’s a lot to learn. For one, there isn’t much of a link with BPH benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancer. Most docs dont give a shit if they ruin your ability to get an erection and can’t hold your urine. They will rip the prostate out asap. That is to be avoided. PSA scores track them and understand them like an expert. Otherwise the minute it’s high, you could get scared and some hot shot urologist will be trying to biopsy it. Which in itself can cause major problems.

What I mean is, shop around find the best of the best urology doctor who actually gives a fuck and stands out in the field. Not the nearest guy or the guy you’ve heard of. Not saying all doctors suck. In this case, don’t settle for less than the best.

Research the subject to the furthest points! I wish you all long lives, easy infrequent urinatioms, and rock hard boners.
