Not sure where @John is but here we go.
High carb today so I’m in a bit better mood. Had 1/2 cup oats with breakfast and 4 cups of rice throughout the day.
Trained legs 34 hard sets total for quads and hams.
30 min on bike am
10 min step mill after legs.
Trying a new magnesium supplement tonight, “calm”

Haha did I? I’m fuckin shot! I stood at the counter staring at a knife today, my wife said are you ok? I said yep, just can’t remember what the fuck I was going to do. Lol
 
I feel this only two more days of work for me then I can sleep all
Saturday and Sunday. Hooray for me.
 
I’m on for 24hrs tomorrow then I’ll probably pick up 14 more Saturday night
 
Lol. I’ve been like that the past couple days. Between the labs not being able to identify my sons cancer and my dad having half lung removed couple days ago. Now the stubborn old goat refuses to go home on oxygen so they keep him in the hospital. I have been out there. Way out there. My brain is completely unfunctional right now. Hell it was 40 degrees outside I left Qdoba at lunch went back to work and never realized I was in a tshirt. Had to go back once I realized my coat was missing. Lol.
