August 2nd installment of diets and training

Good morning.Time to sweat my ass off again,i was sweaty the whole day yesterday.Breakfast was a white Peach,chobani peach yogurt,4 turkey sausage,banana,water n cranberry juice. Lunch will be a ham steak,5 HB egg whites,strawberries,not sure about dinner.Today i am grateful to have access to multiple lakes.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
