Bpc157 and TB500 dosage

Anyone used either or both of these compounds? Hoping it will help with joint pain and shoulder pain. Had surgery on my shoulder 2017 and it’s acting back up, hoping for some type of relief, any help on dosage would be appreciated

When I had my injury I went right to tb 500 also but I found that hgh is the real deal in low doses to help heal injuries.
