It’s a Filipino sausage. Lots of garlic brown sugar and paprika.

Very well, I’d eat the hell out of it. Unfortunately I ventured out to Walmart and a couple other places with my wife, so I’m gonna check two local area meat places for it, I’m assuming a regular store won’t have it?

Your best bet is going to a hispanic supermarket. I usually get a dominican brand Cibao. I actually found it a couple of times at a BJs
