Bridge testp ND npp in trt dosage test e

I am currently on a test p 120 and npp 100 10 week cycle pinning EOD.when the cycle end how would I bridge it into a test e(trt) 150 dosage a week…Do I start at the end of the cycle or a couple of weeks before the end of the cycle being rest e is a longer Ester and needs more time to build up?

Personally I would not wait too long. The half life is ~4 days I believe on the prop so maybe start pinning your trt at no more than a week. Pinning at 4 days wouldn’t hurt.

With testE it’s takes a few doses to get the levels up as it has a longer half life as mentioned. I’d start it right away cause as poppy mentioned the testP will be outta your system fairly quickly.

That’s cool…I still have I am at week 6 into my cycle a d 4 for weeks to go…just an idea what week to start it…I am guessing week 7

I wouldn’t stress too much over it all. You’re shutdown anyways. I go for a couple weeks without anything at least once a year leading up to my trt blood labs so I don’t come in too high. Can’t tell any discernible difference.

Week 7. Full dose of test p and test E.
Week 8. Lower test p, full dose test E
Week 9 lower test p full dose of test e
Week 10 test E only.

Is how I would do it. And have done it in the past. I actually prefer to switch esters over just two weeks.

If doing 4 weeks out I guess it would be appropriate to not do a full dose of test E week 1.
